Industry partners submit project briefs. The Approvals Hub reviews scope and privacy, then publishes to the Learning Mall.

Students Register & Team Up

Students browse projects, register interest, and either self-form teams or get placed by the admin using free or random assignment.

Team Formed

13-Week Sprint

Teams submit weekly milestone work. AI mentors coach in real time. Module leaders assess and flag issues. Partners receive gated digests.

Live Progress

Showcase & Portfolio

Excellent work is nominated to the showcase. Students' 3-Literacy growth is recorded in their lifelong portfolio across the 4-year journey.
